MONACO, 1 MARCH, 2023 – Caroline Olds Real Estate has revealed a host of new luxury apartments for sale following robust growth in the past year for Monaco’s real estate sector.
In total, the principality saw an 18.2% increase in sales over the past year in terms of volume with a count of 520 transactions. The market value reached and unprecedented amount of 3.45 billion euros after an increase of 51.8% according to IMSEE. This evolution is mainly due to the new housing market, which quadrupled in volume and quintupled in value, bringing it to 88 flats sold for 1.19 billion euros, due to numerous flat deliveries and ongoing construction projects. Sales of apartments with 4 rooms or more contributed to over 80% of new housing transactions. Although, at a more moderate pace, the existing property market is also growing with 432 transactions (+3.6%) for 2.32. billion euros (+12.1%).
