Nnajiugo Nwosu, V.P. Technology of Chamco Projects spearheads firm’s movement towards Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies

Sr. Vice President Of Technology for Chamco Projects Nnajiugo Nwosu is shifting the company’s global ambitions toward the blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Following the rapid adoption of cryptocurrencies in the last 12 months, businesses have been looking at ways of adapting blockchain based technology into their service offerings. Chamco Projects, which works with a variety of businesses and governments on technology solutions, has been at the forefront of innovation in recent years, operating in a number of countries across Africa.

Nnajiugo Nwosu, speaking about the company’s global ambitions today said, “We’re about to enter a new era whereby multinational companies and governments seek to incorporate blockchain built solutions into everything from payment processing through to data management.”

As the blockchain ecosystem evolves into a multi-billion dollar industry, companies have been racing to implement solutions that will allow end users to connect with token-based systems. From trading currencies to money management and service delivery, blockchain has numerous advantages, which are currently being explored by investment firms as well as multinational corporations and governments.

“It’s still early days for crypto within the corporate space, but it’s increasingly important to be thinking about technological solutions built on the blockchain. This is especially true since the adoption of cryptocurrencies in regions such as Africa is rising fast,” reflected Nwosu.

Nwosu has played a key role in the technology industry in the last several years, helping businesses utilize disruption and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance their market presence. He was also a past mentor at Blackstone LaunchPad, which is part of USC’s Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurship Studies.

Nnajiugo Nwosu established his passion for technological innovation after assisting students at USC to help them refine their business plans, providing practical advice and direction on developing effective pitches. He has subsequently been working with a number of organizations to expand their international services.

Back in September, Nwosu confirmed that Chamco Projects was in advanced negotiations with several African countries to build new artificial intelligence-powered cloud solutions for some private companies and local governments.
