Roering brings nearly 30 years of senior management expertise in brand management and marketing to NSP, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at CorePower Yoga, where she doubled the yoga chain’s number of studios and drove 2.5x revenue growth in five years.

Prior to joining CorePower Yoga, Roering worked for Athleta, a Gap Inc. company, where she reinvented the brand, increased awareness, and drove multi-channel development, transforming it from a catalog and web-based business to a successful omni-channel business. Roering worked at Gap, Inc. in numerous senior marketing roles for the Gap and Old Navy brands.

She had worked with Visa International, Hotwire, Addis Group, The Gillette Company, American Express, and Special Olympics International in marketing positions. Roering graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

“I look forward to leveraging my passion for health and wellness and expertise in building compelling omnichannel brands to help Nature’s Sunshine implement their aggressive growth strategy, while maintaining their commitment to providing their consultants and consumers the highest-quality nutritional supplements and personal care products,” said Roering.

“Through collaboration with the rest of the board and Nature’s Sunshine’s management team, we’ll continue to transform this exciting business to the benefit of all stakeholders.”

Mr. Curtis Kopf was named to Nature’s Sunshine’s board of directors on January 1, 2022, in addition to Roering’s nomination.
