Foxworth Theory Podcast to present The President’s Roundtable With International Leaders in Real Estate & Infrastructure

A special edition of The Foxworth Theory Podcast featuring Eugenia Foxworth will air on the VoiceAmerica Variety Channel, the HarlemAmerica Digital Network, and on The Foxworth Theory YouTube channel/website on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. Pacific time.

Ms. Foxworth will moderate a panel discussion with her colleagues who represent their countries in the International Real Estate Federation, also known as FIABCI, in this special event dubbed “The President’s Roundtable.” Infrastructure, establishing commercial and residential buildings, how this benefits inhabitants and employers/employees, and how COVID-19 has affected their individual countries are only some of the themes discussed.

The guests are:

Ms. Lily Chang (FIABCI-Taiwan President) is a 32-year real estate veteran who currently oversees three companies: Treasure Dragon Corporation, Galerie Pierre, and MJ Construction Corporation. Ms. Chang has worked as a consultant for the Taichung City Government and as the president of Taiwanese cultural economics and education organizations. She’s been in charge of the construction of a variety of structures in her country, ranging from business parks to public facilities.

Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata (FIABCI-Indonesia President) is the Managing Director of CIPUTRA Group and President Director of PT CIPUTRA Residence, the business behind several of Indonesia’s best new town initiatives. In addition, he is the CEO of CIPUTRA Group’s international new town ventures in Vietnam and China. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Sastrawinata was a Member of Parliament and the House of Representatives for the Republic of Indonesia.
